
One of Australia’s most sought after talents Andrew has had a successful career as a Guest Entertainer and has toured all seven continents of the world and performed on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Celebrity Cruises, Holland America Line, Seabourn Cruises, Oceania Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Crystal Cruises, Princess Cruises, Thomson Cruises and Cunard Cruise Lines – Queen Elizabeth, Queen Victoria & Queen Mary 2.
Prior to this he performed the role of Carlos in the Helpmann award winning Australian National Tour of Legally Blonde – The Musical GFO/ATG.
Other theatre credits include The Production Company’s The Producers, Opera Australia’s La Boheme and Redroom Theatre’s The Threepenny Opera. In 2011, as part of the Victorian Music Theatre Guild Awards he won ‘Best Leading Male’ for his portrayal of ‘Peter Allen’ in The Boy from Oz.
Major TV credits include Carols in the Domain, The Good Friday Appeal and Sunrise.
As a corporate entertainer he also continues to entertain for countless functions and events around the world including the New York G’day USA Gala, L’Oreal Paris Fashion Show, Lillian Frank’s Great Australian Chef’s Dinner, Susan Alberti’s Medical Research Foundation Signature Ball and a performance for the St Vincent’s Institute of Medical Research at the Park Hyatt Melbourne for the Prime Minister of Australia.
Samuel completed his Bachelor in Performing Arts at the National Academy of Singing and Dramatic arts in Christchurch, New Zealand before making the move to Australia in 2012.
During his studies he was featured as Harold Hill in The Music Man, Alonso inCats, Gaston in Beauty and the Beast and King Henry in Anne Boleyn (Play).
In New Zealand Samuel regularly worked on the long running children’s television program What Now and was well know for his work in the popular corporate group Off Broadway. In 2012 Samuel performed as a soloist in the televised Coca Cola Christmas in the Park. His experience also extended to various commercials and work in the feature film Yogi Bear 3D.
Since moving to Australia Samuel’s most notable work has been working internationally with the vocal group The Aussie Boys, touring New Zealand, Australia, Asia and Europe. He has performed on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Celebrity Cruises, Holland America Line, Seabourn Cruises, Crystal Cruises, Regent Cruises and Oceania Cruises. In 2014 The Aussie Boys produced their own successful show at The Palms at Crown Casino in Melbourne. Samuel also worked for Kylie Minogue in her video clip for ‘I Was Gonna Cancel’ and at her subsequent 2014 Logie Awards performance.
In 2016 Samuel played the role of Danny Zuko in the New Zealand Arena production of Grease and sung the New Zealand Anthem at the SCG One Day International Cricket Test.
